The classics (always a hit)
- He Said / She Said. Maid of honor asks the groom 15 questions in advance ("Who said I love you first?"). At the party, guests vote He or She after each is read. Bride confirms.
- Mr. & Mrs. quiz. Multiple-choice trivia about the couple. Highest score wins a small prize.
- Advice cards. Each guest writes one piece of marriage advice on a card. Bride reads them at the end of the night.
- Scavenger hunt. A list of 20 things to do/find/photograph during the night.
- Two truths and a lie — bride edition. Bride says three things about herself; guests guess the lie.
Drinking games (for the right group)
- Never Have I Ever. Bride starts; sip if true.
- Most likely to. Group decides who fits each prompt.
- Ring on a string. Wear a fake ring around your neck; lose it if caught saying “wedding” or the groom's name.
- Wedding bingo. Each card has things people say at bachelorette parties; mark them off through the night.
Active games (works on a trip)
- Bachelorette photo scavenger. Selfie with a bartender, a stranger in matching colors, etc.
- Bingo bar crawl. One drink at each of five spots, with a card to fill at each.
- Dare cards. Pull a card before each new venue.
- Karaoke pick. Bride picks one song per attendee.
Quiet games (for spa weekends or low-key parties)
- Memory share. Each guest tells a favorite memory with the bride.
- Letter to future self. Bride writes a letter to her 1-year and 10-year married self.
- Recipe-card exchange. Each guest writes a tried-and-true recipe.
- “What I learned” cards. Each guest shares the best advice they've ever received about partnership.
Keepsake games
- Guest book of advice and wishes. A bound notebook the bride keeps.
- Group polaroid wall. Each guest takes one with the bride; she takes them all home.
- Time-capsule box. Guests bring small items, sealed and opened on the first anniversary.
How many games to plan
Two or three games is the sweet spot for a one-night party; four to six across a 2–3 night weekend. More than that and the schedule feels forced.
